1. 基本条件：年龄22-50岁，政治清白，身心健康，品行端正，有较好的素质。工作认真负责，有团队合作精神，具备良好的服务意识，能够与教师、学生及其他部门有效沟通与协作。退役军人优先录用。
2. 学历条件：本科及以上学历，不限专业，相关专业或经历优先。
3. 岗位条件：具有较强的沟通能力，遵守学校有关规章制度，具备一定的软硬件维护能力，熟悉基础的网络技术、操作系统、网站运维等知识。具备较强的学习能力，能够快速掌握新技术与新工具。

1. 初审合格后学校将电话通知面试。面试地点：福清一中凤凰山校区功荣明楼二层会议室。面试时交验个人履历以及身份证、毕业证等相关材料原件及复印件；
2. 确定录用后，即办理入职聘用手续；
3. 工资待遇面议。
